NEXA Business Evaluation System

NEXA is an AI-powered business evaluation system built for a Dubai-based marketing agency, designed to automate the entire client assessment process end-to-end. The project included building a fully branded bilingual website — in both Arabic and English — that serves as the agency's portfolio and houses the client intake form where businesses submit their information for evaluation. Once a submission is made, it feeds into a multi-agent AI pipeline built on n8n — where the first agent analyzes the business data, generates a structured evaluation, and routes the output through a custom JavaScript layer before a second AI agent refines the report for delivery. The final output is a fully branded HTML report sent automatically via Gmail directly to the client. The architecture integrates Claude AI models at its core, replacing hours of manual analysis with a system that delivers consistent, investor-grade business evaluations in minutes.
