NEXA is an AI-powered business evaluation platform built for a Dubai marketing agency. It combines a bilingual website with a multi-agent AI engine, taking clients from first visit to a finished evaluation with no manual work from the team.

Before NEXA, every evaluation was done by hand, took days, and varied depending on who did it.

The website, built on WordPress and WooCommerce in Arabic and English, lets clients order an evaluation and submit their business details. Once an order is placed, an n8n pipeline takes over. Specialized Claude-powered agents analyze the business across 16 axes, including market, competition, finances, scalability, and risk. A Supabase vector database holds the agency's frameworks, so every score follows the same criteria. A final agent combines the results into one verdict, and a branded report is emailed to the client within minutes, with a copy sent to the agency.

Evaluations now take minutes instead of days, every report is consistent, and the agency gained a new paid service without hiring extra staff. NEXA runs in production as part of their daily business.
